Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Haffa Jewelry. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

Eligibility:

  • We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
Process:
      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at haffajewelry@gmail.com within the specified time frame.
      • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
      • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
      Refunds:
          • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
          • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
          • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
          • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact our customer service team at haffajewelry@gmail.com.
          Exclusions:
              • For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
              • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
              • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
              Return Shipping:
                  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
